Sourcing & Quality

Quality is decided before the product ships

Five controlled stages stand between a producer and your warehouse. This is how Infinity Products keeps its promise, shipment after shipment.

01

Selected suppliers

Producers, cooperatives and fisheries enter our network after a structured review: production capacity, handling practices, certifications, season reliability and commercial references. We privilege long-term partnerships — most of our origins have worked with us since the first shipment.

02

Quality control

Each lot is inspected against a defined specification: calibre and count, freshness indicators, appearance and presentation, packaging condition and temperature. For seafood, checks cover gutting and cleaning quality, ice ratio and core temperature. Non-conforming lots are rejected at origin — never shipped to "see later".

03

Traceability

Every order carries lot identification linking the product to its origin, harvest or landing date, and the intermediaries it passed through. Documentation travels with the goods — commercial invoice, packing list, health certificates and, where applicable, catch certificates and origin documents.

04

Cold chain

Fresh is a temperature before it is a quality. Products move under continuous cold chain — chilled seafood on ice in insulated boxes, fruits at their calibrated storage temperature — with pre-cooling at origin, refrigerated transport and temperature follow-up until delivery.

05

International logistics

Our operations team organises the complete export file: booking, reefer or air freight arrangements, customs documentation and delivery planning. You get one contact and one confirmed schedule — whatever the transport mode.
